DeepNeo

A webserver for predicting immunogenic neoantigens
KAIST OMICS LAB, 2022
This website is free and open to all users and there is no login requirement

To exert immune effect, a peptide has to be both presented by MHC complex and recognized by T cell. DeepNeo integrates two predictive models, DeepNeo-mhc and DeepNeo-tcr. DeepNeo-mhc predicts binding of peptides and MHC proteins and DeepNeo-tcr predicts T cell reactivity of the given peptide-MHC complex.
